You’ve booked a party with us, now what? Here are some commonly asked questions about what you should know and what you can expect from us.

 
BOOKING A PARTY:

1. How far in advance should I book a party?


Friday, Saturday and Sunday party time slots fill up fast weeks in advance. It is recommended that you reserve your party event date and time by paying your $75.00 deposit at least 3-4 weeks in advance.   All parties and outdoor rentals must be reserved at least 1 week in advance.

2. When do you need a head count?

You will receive a confirmation letter before your scheduled party date.  If your headcount has changed since the date you made the reservation, please call our facility to advise/confirm your head count number.  You can still order additional Party Event Options 1-2 days before your party reservation date, such as goody bags, pizza/drinks, cake, balloons, pinata, glow-in-the-dark necklaces for the blacklight Putt Arena, etc.

DEPOSIT

3. Is a deposit required to make a Party Package reservation?


Yes, a non-refundable $75.00 deposit is required to reserve your party on your desired date & time.  Your reservation will not be put on the party schedule until your deposit is paid.  Therefore, your party date/time will remain open for other customers until deposit is paid.  It is recommended to make the deposit at same time as booking your reservation. The balance of your party package is to be paid on the day of your party via credit card or cash (sorry no checks for final payment).

4. If I have to cancel a party, what happens to my deposit?


If you cancel your party within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit your $75.00 deposit due to expenses in scheduling Party Host/Photographer for your event, reserving your Party Room so no other party could reserve it, and ordering your Party Event Options for your party. You will not be responsible for any other cost of your Party Package reservation. If you cancel outside of 48 hours, we can put the deposit toward another rescheduled party or outdoor rental made within 30 days in its’ entirety. Deposits are non-refundable.

WHAT TO BRING

5. I’ve booked a party. What do I need to bring?


Most importantly, the birthday child! In addition you may bring guests, birthday cake, canned sodas, juice boxes or bottled water, themed paper products (plates, napkins, etc) if desired, extra socks for Jump Arena (in case party attendees forget theirs) and a way to settle the bill. Putt & Jump will provide white paper products and have MANY MANY Party Event Options to chose from that you may add to your Party Package for your convenience that include pizzas, drinks, birthday cake, balloons, goody bags, glow-in-the-dark necklaces & bracelets, Hawaiian leis, birthday tiaras, etc.

6. Can I bring in other food or snacks?

Sorry, but no. You may bring in your own special cake, cup cakes, cookies and packaged drinks such as canned/bottled sodas, juice boxes, or drink pouches (Capri Suns, Koolaide Jammers).  If you wish to have pizza included with your party, that must be ordered through Putt & Jump Party Company.  Sorry, but ICE CREAM is not permitted in the facility.  You will incur a $50.00 clean-up fee for bringing in any outside food, ice cream, 2 liters of drinks with open-top cups, silly string, confetti, leaky coolers, Easter grass, etc.

7. Can I order extra pizza or cake after my party has already begun?


Yes, we can order additional pizzas at a minimum of 45 minutes before you enter your Party Room.  However, we unfortunately do not yet maintain any cakes on the premises & they must be ordered at least 1 week in advance. 

8. My birthday child really likes a particular cartoon character. Can I bring in my own plates?

Your party package includes plates, napkins, and utensils, but if you would like to supply these items you are more than welcome to do so. We do not give credit when you supply your own items. Our food service items are generic so that they will fit any party event.

9. Can I bring alcohol for the adults?


Please, no alcohol is permitted on the premises of this children's entertainment facility.

10. Can I bring our own goody bags?

Of course! You are welcomed to bring in your own if you are not purchasing our fun-filled Putt & Jump Party Company goody bags which are pre-made for your convenience. Our goody bags include crayons, Putt & Jump pencil, blow-out horn, lips whistle, candy bracelet, bouncy ball and stickers.

11. If we don't use the Arcade Arena, custom invitations, paper products, color group photo or do not want a photographer (all of which are included in all Party Packages), do we get a discount?

Sorry, no, there is no discount for not wanting these standard services that are included within our Party Packages.

DECORATIONS

12. May I bring in my own decorations, balloons and paper products for the party room?


Of course! We allow table decorations and balloons that can be weighted down to sit on the tables or tied to the tables. To preserve the decor of our party rooms, we do not allow anything to be attached to our walls or ceilings in any way including tape, nails, tacks, staples, etc. We do have a helium tank that can assist in blowing up your balloons at $0.25 each latex balloon & $0.30 each small mylar balloon or $1 for each oversized balloon to cover the cost of the helium & curly ribbon. We do prohibit the use silly string, confetti, playdough, and bubbles which would result in a $50.00 clean-up fee.

13. Can I enter the party room ahead of time to decorate?


Of course! You may enter the party room 10 minutes before the children are scheduled to enter the party room which would be approximately 50 minutes after your party has started (after initial check-in). Due to the scheduling of our parties, we cannot guarantee any earlier possession of the party room. If there is not a party scheduled before yours in the party room, we would be more than happy to have you enter the party room for decorating as soon as you arrive at our facility for your scheduled party time.

CLEAN-UP

14. Do I need to assist with clean-up or stay after the party for cleaning?


No way! Our helpful Party Hosts are there to serve you, to photograph your party, set-up your party and to clean-up after your party. They will help package up opened and un-opened gifts and carry them out to your vehicle. They will package up the cake and all decorations for you as well.

SOCKS

15. Are socks required?


Yes, socks are always required to play on all inflatables in the Open Public Jump Arena or the Super Jump Arena for your safety, to prevent vinyl burn on the little feet & toesies!  No shoes are allowed. Socks are available for purchase in the Putt & Jump Party Company party supplies shoppe in the lobby.

PLAYING ON INFLATABLES

16. Can a guest play on the inflatables if they are injured or sick?


Sorry, but if a child is on crutches, wearing a cast, splint, sling, brace or is on oxygen, wearing a neck brace, back brace, eye patch or any other medical device, they cannot be permitted to participate on the inflatables in the interest of their safety so as not to exacerbate their condition.

ADULTS

17. Can adults play on the inflatables?


Yes and no. Adults are only allowed to accomodate small children on the inflatables only to assist them or in order to remove the children from the inflatable units. Our inflatable equipment is approved for child riders only up to 175 lbs. In the interest of safety, we ask that the adults do not attempt to utilize the inflatable units per our insurance company.

18. Is there a charge for adults?

No, adults are not counted and charged within a private Party Package reservation. Additionally, if a child would like to utilize our Open Public Jump Arena, the cost is $7.00/child/hour to jump and the parents are free to accompany the child into the Open Public Jump Arena to observe and/or relax. If the children and parents are playing in the Putt Arena during Open Public Putt times, the cost is $7.00/person/hour for adults and children to play.

HEADCOUNT FOR PARTY

19. Are there additional charges for parents, guardians, grandparents, aunts, uncles, etc?


There is no additional charge for the adults. If the total child count for the party exceeds 18, there is an $11.00 charge per child over the Party Package limit. Children (including siblings) aged 2 through 18 are counted but the birthday boy or girl is free!

20. Are siblings of the party attendees counted in the Party Package?

Yes, unless they are only 1 year old or younger.

AGE LIMITS


21. Is there an age limit for your Open Public Jump Arena?

Yes, we do not allow children 13 and above in the Open Public Jump Arena in light of the fact it is dangerous to mix such an older age group with the younger children who will be playing on the inflatables at the same time.

22. Is there an age limit for the private Party Package reservations?

There is an age limit of 18 years of age to enjoy our private Party Package reservations for the Super Jump Arena, Putt Arena, private Party Rooms and Arcade Arena so long as the weight limit of 175 lbs per person is not exceeded.

23. What age is too young to book a party at your facility?


Children of all ages 1 through 18 are welcomed to play and participate on the inflatables in the Super Jump Arena and the Open Jump Arena wherein we have a custom-made Toddler inflatable in each arena to accomodate toddlers just their size together with larger inflatables for the older children. 

SUPERVISION

24. Are the children supervised in the Jump Arenas and the Putt Arena?


Yes, our Party Hosts and Arena Attendants advise the children of the safety rules as well as have them watch a safety video before entering Jump Arenas.  Party Hosts and Attendants observe them in the Jump Arenas to ensure the children are following the safety rules. As a reminder, parents should closely monitor their children at all times. If children are getting out-of-control, too rowdy, & not following safety rules, then one of our Party Hosts will ask them to sit out for a time-out in the interest of the safety of the other children playing as well as their own safety.  The Party Host will once again review the safety rules with your child.  We ask that you help enforce these safety rules so that everyone can enjoy a fun & safe experience at our facility.

JUMP ARENA, PUTT ARENA & PARTY ROOM ACCESS

25. Can we start our party in the Party Room first and then go to the Jump Arena or the Putt Arena?


Sorry, but all our scheduled parties are started in the Putt Arena or Jump Arena first & then the party is concluded in the Party Rooms. We prefer to have children Jump first and then eat cake, sodas/juice, pizza and goody bag candy. This is to prevent children from becoming sick in the Arenas after consumption of all their goodies. Therefore, after the party has concluded in the Party Room, children are not permitted to re-enter the Jump Arena or Putt Arena also due to other parties taking place after yours, but they are all more than welcome to enjoy the Arcade Arena for as long as they like!  Additionally, before or after your party has concluded, children from your party are not permitted in the front Open Jump Arena that is designated for walk-ins unless they have paid the $7.00/hour/child to participate.

26. Will anyone else be in the Party Room, Super Jump Arena or Putt Arena with us?

No, if you have reserved a PRIVATE Party Package, all of your amusements and Party Room are exclusive, meaning these rooms will not be shared with other customers at the same time. However, they may have those rooms immediately before your party or immediately following your party, therefore your party will be guided in a timely fashion by our Party Hosts starting promptly at your scheduled party time and concluding promptly at the designated times in your confirmation letter.

27. Can I have a party with a longer play time?

At this time, we do not offer extended use of the Super Jump Arena or Putt Arena or Private Party Room beyond the 1 hour & 45 minutes allotted due to scheduling conflicts for other parties without charging for an additional Party Package fee. Our Party Hosts do a great job of facilitating your party/event to where it is enjoyed within the time allotted. However, the children can enjoy our Arcade Arena for as long as they like after they leave the Party Room. If children wish to stay after that & visit our Open Public Jump Arena, the cost is $7.00/child to jump for an hour. This Open Jump Arena does close at 7:00pm daily.  Additionally, we have found that one hour of playtime in the Party Packages for most children is just enough while still having an enjoyable experience. Remember, bouncing, jumping, climbing & sliding is very good exercise for the children, and it is exercise. They will sleep well that evening!

INVITATIONS & WAIVER

28. Can I use my own invitations?


Of course! We require all children participating to have a Waiver (included in the Invitation) signed by a parent/guardian before entering the facility amusement rooms. Per our insurance company, we cannot make exceptions to this in any case. We do offer printed color custom invitations (that includes our Waiver) which are included in the Party Packages. If you would like to use your own invitations, we will supply you with waivers, which are blank on the backside. Simply include the Waiver with your own invitations when you send them out. Please advise when you are making your Party Package reservation.  Additionally, these Waivers and invitations are included on this website for self-printing.

29. Is each guest required to complete & sign a waiver?


Yes, all guests must complete and sign a Waiver by a parent/guardian if the child is under the age of 18 years of age.

30. What’s with the Waiver, anyway?

Good question. Our insurance company (all inflatable insurance companies that we are aware of) requires us to have a Waiver signed by a parent/guardian before we can allow any child to play in the amusement arenas, especially on the inflatables. As you would expect, we go to great lengths to make sure our Jump Arenas are safe & fun areas for your children to play in. Our attendants will monitor the children constantly as they are playing. As you would expect, however, we cannot control every child’s actions and accidents do happen even with our safety rules, safety video and precautions in place.

PARTY HOST

31. Am I expected to tip my Party Host/Photographer?


If you feel your Party Host/Photographer has done everything up to your expectations & your party was a success, a tip is certainly appreciated, but it is not expected.  Tips are at your discretion.  Normal tips received by 2 Party Hosts is usually $20.00 each to $5.00 each.  Party Hosts work hard to ensure that your party is a huge success with the birthday child feeling special and the party parents being able to enjoy the party without setting up, serving or cleaning up.


ARCADE

32. What is in the Arcade Arena and do the games take tokens or quarters?


Our Arcade Arena has dozens of video games, driving games, air hockey, skeeball, kiddie rides, photo booth, pinball, cranes, and merchandiser machines. These machines take quarters.


TYPICAL PARTY SCHEDULE

33. My COMBO PARTY PACKAGE starts at 12:00 PM. What is the typical schedule of a party?


We would like all guests to be present 10 minutes early by 11:50 AM for a safety video viewing, to collect Waivers & to put wristbands on all the party attendees. We will make sure everyone has clean socks, is not sick/injured and has a Waiver completed/signed at this time as well. Your Party Host will gather the gifts & cake & put them on a cart designated for your party. The children begin promptly playing in the Super Jump Arena for 30 minutes from 12:00pm-12:30pm. The Party Host will then direct them to the Putt Arena where they will play glow-in-the-dark mini golf for 30 minutes from 12:30pm-1:00pm. If you are going to do some custom decorating to the party tables, you will be able to get access to the Party Room at approximately 12:50pm. If you have added pizzas or drinks to your Party Package, your Party Host will have scheduled the pizza to arrive by 12:45pm. At 1:00pm, the Party Host will escort the children to their private Party Room where for the next 45 minutes they will enjoy cake and open gifts from 1:00pm-1:45pm. Your Party Host will be taking candid photos throughout the amusements & party and will ask for the group to get together for a group photo opportunity. A color photo of the group will be provided to you at the end of the party. You may purchase the other digital photos on a CD for only $12.00.  Your Party Host will advise you when there is 15 minutes left in your party as well as a 5 minute check. At 1:45pm, the Party Host will lead the children and parents to the Arcade Arena where they can enjoy unlimited time of playing games. Your Party Host will assist you in gathering the presents & carrying them to your vehicle as well. Once the party is over, your Party Host will finalize your bill and ask for payment.
